Definitions

The following terms, when used in this document, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting the obligations and rights set out throughout these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 4777bid platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the 4777bid platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 4777bid platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify before registering an account.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform in any capacity, including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing bets.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Personal use only: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, whether for their benefit or yours, is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including 4777bid. If you have previously self-excluded on 4777bid and attempt to re-register before the exclusion period has elapsed, your new account will be closed immediately.

Account Registration & Verification

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether through shared personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or other indicators — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with those accounts.

• Accurate information: Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address must be provided accurately and kept up to date at all times.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4777bid will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Account security: You must notify 4777bid immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• KYC documentation: Upon request, you must provide a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in date.
• Verification timeframe: 4777bid will aim to complete standard KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4777bid platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 4777bid supports a range of locally integrated payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and cost-effective banking for players across Bangladesh.

Supported payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and international card processing via Visa and Mastercard for eligible accounts. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). ৳500 minimum for bank transfer methods.
• Deposit processing: Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your 4777bid balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours.
• Deposit fees: 4777bid does not charge any fees on deposits. Fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via all supported methods.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 2–24 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during public holidays or periods of high demand.
• Withdrawal verification: Withdrawals to a payment method must be made to an account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal fees: 4777bid does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Refused withdrawals: 4777bid reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where KYC verification is incomplete.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 4777bid platform — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, or any other format — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules published for each individual product category.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 4777bid system. A confirmation reference number will be displayed and stored in your account transaction history. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Sufficient funds: You may only place bets using funds available in your real-money or eligible bonus balance. Bets placed without sufficient balance are automatically declined by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet and may vary by market, event, or game. 4777bid reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• Void bets: 4777bid reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event or outcome that was settled in error, subject to a technical fault, or based on odds published in error (manifest error). Void bets are returned to your balance at the original stake amount.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and the specific in-play rules applicable to the market. 4777bid cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets during periods of rapid market movement or technical delay. Accepted in-play bets are binding.
• Settling disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, 4777bid's records shall be the primary reference. Players may contest a settlement by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question.
• Casino game rules: Each casino game on the 4777bid platform is governed by its own specific rules as defined by the game studio. Players are advised to read individual game rules before wagering. RNG games are certified fair by the respective studio's independent testing authority.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the system will attempt to complete the round in progress according to the rules of that game. 4777bid is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections outside our control.

Bonuses & Promotions

4777bid periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are governed by these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant offer page. In the event of conflict between the general terms here and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified in each promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and have not previously breached these Terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds conditions are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet these requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: 4777bid actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account reviewed and may face suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and forfeiture of winnings derived from abusive play patterns.
• Withdrawal priority: Unless otherwise specified, real-money funds in your balance are wagered before bonus funds. Bonus funds are ringfenced until all real-money balance has been used and are then applied according to the specific promotion's conditions.
• Promotional changes: 4777bid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will have their rights under the original terms honoured where operationally practical.
• Seasonal promotions: 4777bid may run time-limited promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other culturally significant occasions. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms and any additional conditions stated in the offer.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 4777bid, you are required to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted.

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identities, is strictly forbidden.
• False information: Providing inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted systems, or any form of automated software to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or promotion. This includes soft-play in poker, coordinated roulette betting, or any form of match-fixing on sportsbook markets.
• Money laundering: Using the 4777bid platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gambling transactions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your 4777bid account and used for wagering. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery proceedings.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits are not withdrawable and will be forfeited.
• Harassment: Using any 4777bid communication channel (live chat, email, social media) to harass, threaten, or abuse members of the 4777bid support team or other players.

Account Suspension & Closure

4777bid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal requirement compelling account restriction.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly administration fee of ৳50 after a further 6 months of inactivity. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or due to inactivity (and no breach of Terms is involved), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon closure in all circumstances.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 4777bid reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. The player will be notified of the closure reason and provided an opportunity to appeal in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of notification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777bid, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Indirect or consequential losses: Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational damage, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the 4777bid platform, even if 4777bid was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Platform unavailability: Any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical faults, server outages, or interruptions outside 4777bid's reasonable control.
• Third-party services: Any failure, delay, or error caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks), game studios, data feed providers, or telecommunications networks.
• User error: Any bet placed in error by the player, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selections, or misinterpretation of odds or market descriptions.
• Security breach by player: Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials or failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 4777bid's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Where 4777bid is found liable for any claim arising from your use of the platform, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 4777bid account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 4777bid platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4777bid or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4777bid platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 4777bid platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform.
• Use 4777bid's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a way that implies endorsement without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works, mirror sites, or scraping tools based on 4777bid platform content.

Game content streamed or displayed through the platform (including slots, live casino feeds, and crash games) is licensed by 4777bid from the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). Intellectual property rights in game content remain vested in those studios.

Amendments to These Terms

4777bid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date published on this page, as indicated by the updated effective date shown at the top of this document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights, obligations, or the way you can use the platform — 4777bid will provide advance notice via email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or minor formatting updates) may be published without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 4777bid platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
